Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 14 to 15 business days, regardless of destination.

Shipping Zones We ship to all of Spain, the European Union, and the United States.

• Free shipping on orders over €30.
• Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
